Pavan Duggal: is a Cyberlaw advocate. He is the President of Cyberlaws.Net-India’s first ever consultancy dedicated exclusively to the field of Cyberlaw.
Subi Chaturvedi: Teaches Journalism & Communication at theLadyShriRamCollege for Women (DU) as Assistant Prof. Journalism & is simultaneously pursuing a PhD in New Media Technology & Social Change from the Indian Institute of Technology,Delhi. She is also part of IGF (Internet Governance Forum) -a multi-stakeholder forum for policy dialogue on issues of Internet governance.
 Sunil Abraham:Sunil Abraham is the Executive Director ofBangalore based research organization; the Centre for Internet and Society, a company committed to creating high impact technology and communications solutions.
 Surendran Balachandran is a Campaigner at Change.org. a global petition platform. He is also a member of SFLC –an Indian legal services organization working to protect online freedom.
Prasanth Sugathan:a lawyer and Internet activist with the SFLC.
